I hope everyone was able to spend some time with family and/or friends today. We had a beautiful spring day here in Btown…now back to work tomorrow…all good things must come to an end, right?
Believe it or not, Spook wouldn’t eat the bite of ham that I offered her…but she had plenty of her little cat treats to make up for it. No Easter basket for either of us…guess that old bunny got lost on the way to my house…oh well…I must admit, I did have some Reese’s peanut butter eggs…bad girl.
I hope all of my friends and family that I didn’t see (well, and the ones I did see too) had a blessed Easter.

Happy Easter, Patti. I ate most of my kids’ candy so I’m feeling quite ill right now. I tried a peeps for the first time. Those are gross. But we had fun exploding them in the microwave anyway. 🙂
I hate peeps!!! I’ve always hated peeps!! I’d explode them in the microwave too…well, unless they make a big mess…do they?
So if I hate peeps and you hate peeps, I wonder why they’re even being sold still. Ha! At least we know what our posts for next year will be.
Ours didn’t make a big mess. They just got huge, exploded, then laid there in a big bed of sugar. Destroy the peeps! LOL
I did really well today, until I realized there were peanut M&Ms hanging around, and I knew they’d be too tempting to have on hand when I start Phase One of the South Beach Diet tomorrow. So I ate ’em!!
That’s so funny!! And exactly how I’d have gotten rid of them too!! Good luck with the new diet!!
